We are seeking a self motivated, builder of ministry, who is willing to lead worship in a modern, relevant and biblical way. Refuge Fellowship Church is a newer church with big vision. We are looking for someone to come in and work with our excellent back of house team (lights, media, stage design) in coordination with building and leading a front of house team (worship band and Pastor) to deliver a dynamic worship experience for our community. We firmly believe that this is the next step to massive kingdom growth in Hickory, NC area. This is a part-time job with flexible hours. We would love for this person to be musically gifted and able to lead with acoustic or keyboard. We are a laid back bunch of people looking to experience the Joy of Jesus by focusing on God and His plan for us in growing the Kingdom. We consider ourself small but mighty. We have our eyes on tremendous kingdom growth as we serve the Hickory, NC area. We love the lights, cool music, coffee and much more, but we work hard to keep Jesus the main focus.
