This is a great opportunity to provide mentorship for boys who are in need of positive role models during a critical time period in their lives.  Whether it is through playing basketball, fishing, or shooting pool, there are countless ways in which you can come alongside the boys and provide counsel, guidance, encouragement, and tell them about Jesus.  Ideally, the Behavior Specialist is a younger male who is easily relatable to by the boys in the program.  The position calls for moderate physical activity, including sitting, standing, walking/running, light/moderate lifting, and driving.  A Florida's Driver's License is necessary.  Computer literacy is required, as daily and weekly note-taking is necessary.
