Deer Flat is a 117 year old church that has been in the same location since it's birth. Although the church has grown tremendously and continues to, we have not lost that smaller church feeling. Deer Flat is a church for all ages, offering vibrant programming and events for children through seniors. We offer both traditional and contemporary worship services that help meet the needs of a multi-generational church. We are also uniquely located to surrounding communities and have people traveling 30 miles or more to attend.
When hiring, we not only look for all of the obvious experience, talent and giftedness necessary for the role, but the right candidate will also be able to identify with and assimilate into our culture. We have a high retention rate with staff and hope to find a person who has a desire to not only do ministry here, but join the family!
